InVision, which classes 100% of the US Fortune 100 as clients, works with over 6,000 corporations in APAC, along with a few of Australia’s most prominent companies such as ANZ Bank, Atlassian, Qantas, Woolworths, and Telstra.
Richardson’s employment is the most recent move for the digital customer experience design program, following a vast 100% development rate in the area from 2017 to 2018, and doubling its consumer count in ANZ.
It also follows InVision’s growth into APAC late last year having built its regional enterprise hub in Sydney.
Richardson will proceed to lead progress in the area, working carefully with the group in Sydney and throughout the APAC area to orient companies around design thinking.
In addition to sharing lessons from international clients akin to Airbnb, Amazon, Netflix, and Uber, the regional staff may also focus on bringing together the most progressive companies in APAC, including Atlassian, Rakuten, Samsung, and Hyundai, to learn from one another.
On his appointment, Richardson stated: “I’m excited to be heading up the InVision staff in APAC as we look to bring our program to new prospects and raise awareness of the significance of design.
“We’re growing at electrifying speed, and I look forward to serving to build one of the most thrilling software program companies on this planet
Richardson has a vast amount of experience, having beforehand been a Vice President at US software agency Acquia, a WPP Fellow, and a consultant to the Cloud Software Association.
